Patti B. Garner

Ms. Garner is a 2007 graduate from the Nashville School of Law and was admitted to practice that same year.   Prior to attending law school, Ms. Garner worked as a paralegal for approximately 10 years.   Ms. Garner has served on the board of a domestic violence shelter, a CASA volunteer, and currently dedicates some of her volunteer time to the Teen Court of Sumner County.

Ms. Garner has worked on cases that involved personal injury claims, divorce, child support, child custody, theft, drug offenses, DUI, and driving without a license.   Ms. Garner has been involved with  murder cases involving multiple murders, single homicide and other serious felony criminal offenses.

Ms. Garner has been a family mediator since 2001.    Ms. Garner has been listed as a Rule 31 Family Mediator since 2007.
