Patti B. Garner

Ms. Garner is a 2007 graduate from the Nashville School of Law and was admitted to practice that same year.   Prior to attending law school, Ms. Garner worked as a paralegal for approximately 10 years.   Ms. Garner has served on the board of a domestic violence shelter, a CASA volunteer, and currently dedicates some of her volunteer time to the Teen Court of Sumner County.

Ms. Garner has worked on cases involving personal injury claims, divorce, child support, child custody, theft, drug offenses, DUI, and driving without a license.   Ms. Garner has been involved with  murder cases involving multiple murders, single homicide and other serious felony criminal offenses.

Ms. Garner has been a family mediator since 2001.    Ms. Garner has been listed as a Rule 31 Family Mediator since 2007.

Patty Stolinsky

Ms. Stolinsky is a 2006 graduate of Nashville School of Law and admitted to practice the following year.   A life-long resident of Wilson County she received her undergraduate degree from Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tennessee. Focusing in the area of family and juvenile law she is a former Assistant General Counsel for the Department of Children’s Services.  Ms. Stolinsky has dedicated her practice to protecting your legal rights at every stage in a proceeding. She has experience in divorce, child custody, wills, post-divorce, paternity/legitimation and juvenile proceedings. 

Ms. Stolinsky has experience in mediation through her work with the Department of Children’s Services and is listed as a Rule 31 Mediator in the State of Tennessee. She completed her Civil and Family Mediation Training through the Institute for Conflict Management at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee.
 
Ms. Stolinsky is a member of the Wilson County Bar Association and currently resides in Wilson County with her husband and three children.

 Megan H. Williams

Ms. Williams graduated high school from Davidson Academy in Nashville, Tennessee.   She then received her undergraduate degree from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois in 2008 and her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law located in Jacksonville, Florida in 2011. She was admitted to practice law in Tennessee in the summer of 2011.


While in Undergraduate school, Ms. Williams worked at Kirkland & Ellis, LLP, one of the largest corporate law firms in Chicago, IL.  During law school, Ms. Williams interned at the Office of the Public Defender in Duval County, Florida. She also spent many hours working at the Family Law Clinic at her law school in Jacksonville, FL. Ms. Williams was the founder and served as president of the Family Law Society at Florida Coastal from 2009-2011.

Ms. Williams has recently moved back to her hometown in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, where she is a long time and active member of Parkway Baptist Church. 

Ms. Williams has a personal passion in the areas of criminal, family and juvenile law.  She is dedicated to assisting clients and client satisfaction is her priority.
