Ms. Stolinsky is a 2006 graduate of Nashville School of Law and admitted to practice the following year. A life-long resident of Wilson County she received her undergraduate degree from Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tennessee. Focusing in the area of family and juvenile law she is a former Assistant General Counsel for the Department of Children’s Services. Ms. Stolinsky has dedicated her practice to protecting your legal rights at every stage in a proceeding. She has experience in divorce, child custody, wills, post-divorce, paternity/legitimation and juvenile proceedings. Ms. Stolinsky has experience in mediation through her work with the Department of Children’s Services and is listed as a Rule 31 Mediator in the State of Tennessee. She completed her Civil and Family Mediation Training through the Institute for Conflict Management at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee.
Ms. Stolinsky is a member of the Wilson County Bar Association and currently resides in Wilson County with her husband and three children.
